EZCashOffers LLC is a direct buyer of residential real estate in Greenville and the Upstate of South Carolina. We buy houses for our own account. We are not a real estate broker or real estate agent, we do not list or market homes for sale on behalf of owners, and we do not represent you in any transaction. We do not sell leads or refer your information to other buyers or agents. You are free to consult your own real estate licensee, attorney, or other advisor before selling.

2. Offers Are Not Guaranteed

Submitting your information does not guarantee that we will make an offer. Any price, range, or estimate discussed on the Site, by phone, or by email is preliminary and non-binding. An offer becomes binding only when both you and we sign a written purchase agreement. Every offer and purchase is subject to our inspection and evaluation of the property, clear and marketable title, and the terms and conditions of the written purchase agreement.

3. Timelines Are Not Guaranteed

Statements such as "close in as little as two weeks," "fast closing," or "close on your timeline" describe what may be possible in typical situations. "As little as two weeks" is not a guarantee. Actual timing depends on factors including title, liens, probate, inspections, the closing attorney's and title company's schedules, and the terms of the purchase agreement. Closing dates are not guaranteed unless stated in a signed purchase agreement.

4. No Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship

Content on the Site and our communications with you are for general information only and are not legal, tax, financial, or real estate advice. Using the Site or communicating with us does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, agency, or advisory relationship.
